About
Ivan Jokić: engineer by training, builder by nature
I've always been the person who takes things apart to see how they work, and then makes them work better. I trained as an electrical engineer, started out in electronics development and IoT integrations, and learned early that the best systems are the ones nobody has to think about.
Since then I've built businesses of my own and helped others start and grow their businesses. Today I lead a distributed engineering team and run an accounting practice in Croatia. That mix is rare, and it's exactly what growing companies need: someone who understands the numbers, the processes and the technology, and knows how to connect them.
I'm currently completing an MBA in eLeadership at Algebra University, because building companies is a craft I keep sharpening.
What drives me hasn't changed: solving puzzles, building systems and that moment when they start running without me. renergo solutions is where engineering meets business.
